Max is the best. He listened to all our questions and helped educate us on what product we could use best within our budget. We have used him for two projects and will not use anyone else. He will stand behind his product and is just an all around good guy. Good work, easy to talk to, educated, professional.... 100 percent recommend.
MAX. How can I describe him, IDK. An unbelievable guy. I have an amazing experience with Max, he replaced our 3ton Gaspack. I talked to nearly a dozen contractors to get estimates. Max is not your typical sales guy, that's his weakness. If you are reading this review and planning to give him a call, just tell him what you want and he can come with a solution, I am pretty sure. That's his strength. He is a problem solver. From our experience, his installation is good, neat, tidy, he has a good crew-if you like to be part of the process its going to be fun. He put his maximum within our budget to make all of us happy. Yes it worked, at the end, all of us are happy. Thank you Max. A Note- We put a 16seer 12.5eer Gaspack as the replacement, if I went with any of the other contractors its going to cost me from $800 to $5k. I am not joking, that's true and that's the fact about the cost difference in Charleston from one contractor to another.
Max and his team were great! He helped us out in a jam during the Fourth of July weekend when our AC was out. I was 9 months pregnant and Max was prompt with his responses and coming out to get the whole unit replaced. Max is not only knowledgeable in the field but his pricing also beat out all the other competitors and he helped us get all set up with our rebate from the electric company by submitting it for us. I'd definitely recommend Max for all your HVAC needs!
